Pop Art
This was a photo that I took of my Jeep. I gave it a pop art look by adding a Threshold layer, a channel mixer layer, and then dodging and burning. I painted in different colors and then duplicated the layer thrice. I then changed the hue of each quadrant to make them each different colors.
MHS Core Values
One of the admintistrators at my school requested the students in my class to create a poster representing our school's five core values: Respect, Appearance, Presence, Preparation, and Conduct. From there there wasn't much more guidelines so we had a lot of freedom for how we wanted to portray those core values. I used black and gold because those are my school colors and a mustang because that is our mascot. I downloaded different fonts for each word and a splatter brush for accents.
Scanography
For this project I used a scanner. In the first two images, I just set up the pencils how I wanted them and then scanned, but in the final one, I rolled the pencils along with the light as it scanned. I then edited all three in Photoshop, but made the most dramatic changes to the final one by adding a mosaic filter.
